Severn Valley Mindfulness
Would you like to learn to cope better with stress and difficulty? Mindfulness is recommended by the NHS for stress, anxiety and depression to help you cope better with long and short term stress, build personal resources and resilience and improve wellbeing. We run free drop in taster sessions at Bridgnorth Library for poeple who would like to find out more in a friendly informal group. We also run and longer courses and workshops for those who would like to use mindfulness to help them deal with the difficulties and challenges life throws up.
